In fact, these steps & traditions may well be the simplest, most particle spiritual tools available to assist each of us to "change our thinking in order to change our lives". This year we are engaging in a metaphysical exploration of the spiritual principles back of the 12-Steps and 12-Traditions and putting them into practical application in our everyday lives.
