We form our sacred union in Spirit as both a feeling, a knowing and through our intentional demonstrations. It all begins with becoming clear about what we desire or intend.

Prayer is directly connected with how well we handle emotions. We all have to decide: Will I let my emotions lead me to God or lead me away from God?
